Shelf life is 12 months from the date of manufacturing in unopened condition. Store in a cool & dry place.

COVERAGE :

This will depend on the nature and lateness of the surface and the method of application but at 3mm thickness it is approx. 55-60 sq. ft. per 20kg bag when using a thin-bed trowel. For good coverage, it is important that all surfaces should be clean, smooth, plumb, level and free from defects & undulations.

Back Tile Primer Acrylic Despersion Primer

PRODUCT DETAILS :
Furbo Back Tile Primer is a water based solvent free, acrylic despersion primer. Use a primer or bonding agent prior to the application of any of the tiles and marbles with or before use adhesive.

WHY TO USE :

Now a days with advanced tiles manufacturing technology tiles are made slim & grip behind the tiles gates reduce due to that we are facing problem of de-bonding of tiles with adhesives as well as cement. So for this problem Furbo has developed a new product for the better adhesion of adhesive with the tiles.

FEATURES :

Easy to use single component high adhesion can be used for marble & granite. Also highly economical and self curing.

METHOD OF APPLICATION :

Apply Furbo Back Tile Primer back side of the tiles or marble with the help of brush or spray. It apply the adhesive layer on the tile primer before the Back Tile Primer gets dry. Then apply the adhesive on the wall or floor where the tile is to be layed. Apply the tile on the surface and gently twist the tile for the better bonding. All tiles back wash (white powder) should be removed with the help of white brush and then washed with the water.

Furbo Block Jointing is a factory prepared blend of carefully selected raw materials, Portland cement, graded aggregates and polymers. Designed for use with water to produce high strength thixotropic mortar ideal for laying aerated light weight concrete, fly ash bricks, cement hollow blocks, cellular concrete blocks or smoothing over the block work surface in layers of up to 12mm thickness that meet and exceed the requirements of National and International Standardstile.

APPLICATIONS :

For interior and exterior use for preparing thin bed block mortar for AAC and cellular concrete blocks.

COVERAGE :

Approximately 100-130sq.ft. per 40kg bag. Coverage is based on smoothness and evenness of the substrate, size of blocks used and the thickness of mortar used. A general guideline for coverage of mortar is given when used with 25% water added to powder.

Furbo Cem Bond AW+111 is a specially formulated integral liquid waterproofing compound composed of surface active plasticising agents, polymers & additives. It is used as an additive for cement concrete, mortar & plasters. It makes concrete cohesive and prevents segregation.

mixing / gauging water, then add to concrete mixer & mix for another 2 minutes.
Place the concrete or apply plaster, as needed.
Cure the applied mortar or concrete as per good construction practices.
